Where do I begin?
Some clients and members choose to do both private sessions and group classes. Private sessions provide personalized, foundational work tailored specifically to your body, while group mat classes serve as a way to maintain and build upon that foundation. Others feel more comfortable beginning with privates before transitioning into classes, as mat work can be more challenging. Both approaches are designed to enhance and complement one another, giving you the flexibility to find what works best for your body.
