STUDIO POLICIES & ETIQUETTE
-To ensure safe and smooth studio operations please respect and adhere to the studio policies listed below:
-All members/clients and instructors are required to take off their shoes and place them and other belongings in a cubby hole at the entrance of the studio. This ensures studio wide cleanliness.
-Rebel Pilates is in no way responsible for the safekeeping of any personal belongings while attending a session or class.
-All members/clients are required to wear sticky socks while on the mats and Pilates equipment. Please wear clean, comfortable, and appropriate attire. Please avoid wearing clothing with zippers, and cover body jewelry to protect the mats and other pieces of equipment.
-Chewing gum is not allowed in the studio
-All clients are asked to bring their own water bottles. Water is available for refill.
-All cell phones need to be on silent while Pilates session or class is in progress. If you have an emergency, please excuse yourself from class.
-Please avoid wearing strong scents as some of our clients may have chemical sensitivities.
-Please arrive 5-10 minutes early before your private lesson or group class and be respectful when entering the studio as there may be a session in progress.
-Please be courteous and respectful of your fellow classmates and instructor.
NEW CLIENT PROTOCOL
-All private clients and group members are required to fill out a waiver of release and liability prior to the commencement of any fitness or nutrition programs. Depending on the service, members or clients may need to fill out studio agreements, and other intake forms.
-To create safe and individualized private Pilates programming, all private clients will be required to fill out an intake form to gather personal, medical, fitness, exercise history, injuries and limitation, and goal-oriented information. During the first session, a postural analyses and assessment of movement will be conducted along with further discussion of any concerns.
-Please notify your instructor of any medical considerations including past and present injuries, pregnancy or medication that might require exercise modifications before the start of class!
EXPECTATIONS
-There is no experience needed to join a Group Mat beginner Pilates Class or ALL LEVEL CLASS as all classes will include props and appropriate modifications to accommodate each member.
-Experience or significant time at the beginner level is required to attend an intermediate level class. Class levels and schedules are subject to change at the discretion of the studio.
-There is no experience needed to engage in a private one-on-one equipment based (refomer/tower, stability chair, TRX suspension strap, spine corrector) Pilates lesson as all lessons are designed to accommodate the individual’s specific needs. Pilates can be done by almost anyone.
-Payment for all lessons and classes are due prior to class commencement. All sales are final, non-refundable, exchangeable or transferable. A credit card is required to be on file to attend any classes or sessions at the studio.
CANCELATION AND NO-SHOW POLICY
-If you know you are NOT going to make it to class, please make every effort to cancel to allow another client to take your spot. We understand that plans change and life gets in the way sometimes, but in order to be fair to all of our clients we ask you to follow our late cancellation/no show policy. By registering for class, you are agreeing to the terms of our late cancel and no show policy.
-Early Cancellation for a group mat class is 12 hours ahead.
-For limited memberships, a complete credit for a group class will be given.
-For unlimited memberships, no penalty will be applied.
-For limited memberships, late cancellations within less than 12 hours will result in a full charge for that class. If you no-show for any reason you will be given one strike in each 30 day period before being charged a $15 fee.
-For limited memberships: if you late cancel OR no-show for any reason you will be given one strike in each 30 day period before being charged a $15 fee.
-Early Cancellation for a private Pilates lesson is 24 hours ahead. A complete credit for a private lesson will be given.
-No-Shows or late cancellation within less than 24 hours will result in a full charge for that session or class.
LATE POLICY
-A private or semi-private session is officially canceled after 15-minutes of no show and the client(s) is fully charged for the session. If instructor is notified that client(s) will be significantly late then the session will still end at the scheduled time with no prorated amount.
-Group Mat attendees will not be admitted after 5 minutes to avoid disruption and will forfeit the scheduled class. It’s important to come on time and not miss the essential warm-up portion of the class to ensure safety and efficiency of the class routine.
MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION POLICY
-Rebel Pilates has a strict 30-day notice cancellation policy for all recurring memberships.
If a member does not wish to continue beyond the initial 3-month or 12-month contract term, written notice must be submitted via email to nancy@therebelpilates.com at least 30 days prior to the contract end date. A final month’s payment will be charged during the notice period.
Without timely notice, the membership will automatically continue on a month-to-month basis at the current rate. During the rolling monthly period, Rebel Pilates reserves the right to increase pricing with 30 days' notice.
Early termination is permitted only in the event of serious illness, relocation beyond 10 miles, or other exceptional circumstances (evidence may be required).
A 30-day notice is required via email to nancy@therebelpilates.com. Fees remain payable during the notice period.
ROLL-OVER POLICY
-Unused classes do not roll over to the next billing period.
WAITLIST
-In the event that a class is full, members can add themselves to the waitlist. Once a class becomes available, the first member in line will be automatically added to the class if a spot opens one day before the start of the class.
If a spot becomes available less than one day before the class starts, the spot will be reserved for them for 30 minutes. If they don't or can't accept it, the spot will then expire and be offered to the next person in line.
ENROLLMENT AND CANCELLATION
-Members are required to register for all classes online WWW.therebelpilates.com or in the app provided. The sign-up window for a class opens 30 days prior to class and closes 1 hour prior to class. So Last minute class enrollment is available.
-Members are responsible for signing in, purchasing packages, and/or cancelling their space in a class, though the studio may assist with this, when needed.
-Membership Holds- All members may freeze their membership at a minimum of 30 days and maximum of 2 months per calendar year. To hold your membership, contact us via email with the exact beginning and end dates needed.
PRIVACY POLICY
This privacy policy sets out how we use and protect any information that you voluntarily submit to us through this website or via our booking and membership systems. This includes newsletter subscriptions, contact forms, class sign-ups, purchases, and any other client interactions.

SUSPENSION & TERMINATION:
Rebel Pilates may suspend or terminate a membership or package with immediate effect if the Member:
-Violates studio rules or behaves inappropriately;
-Fails to make timely payment of fees;
-Presents a safety or legal risk to others.
-No refund will be issued for remaining sessions during a termination due to breach of this Agreement.
