Are you tired of feeling sluggish, unmotivated, and unsure of yourself? Do you want to improve your

overall health and wellness, increase strength and flexibility, and boost your confidence? Join our

Rebel Pilates's Program is designed with you in mind. We know that getting back into a routine

can be challenging, which is why we provide personalized attention and a welcoming community to

support you every step of the way. Our experienced coaches will guide you through a variety of

movement classes to help you achieve your goals. We also offer [INSERT SERVICES] to help you

What To Expect From The Program

  • Participation and accountability in a small intimate group of women who share similar or different struggles and challenges

  • 6 One-hour weekly health coaching and Q &A sessions in person at Rebel Pilates on weekly topics.  Sessions will be recorded if unable to attend.

  • Three mini, 30-minute, private sessions with me

  • Weekly printable modules with a specific topic to work through that include action steps and activities.

  • Relevant and supportive resources

  • Delicious gut healthy recipes

  • Food prep and storage tips

  • Personal portal through the Practice Better learning and nutrition platform.

 

1. Fitness: We know that getting back into a fitness routine can be intimidating, which is why we’re

2. Nutrition: We provide small group nutrition coaching to help you make healthy choices that

plish anything you set your mind to. We offer small group confidence coaching to help you build

Our program includes two confidence workshops:

Q: What if I can’t attend all of the group fitness classes?

A: While we encourage participants to attend as many group fitness classes as possible, we unders-

tand that life can sometimes get in the way. If you are unable to attend a class, we offer alternative

workouts as part of our regular class schedule or ones that can be done at home or on your own

time through our OnDemand platform.

Q: What type of nutrition coaching is included in the program?

A: We offer group and individualized guidance to help you make healthy choices that support your

goals by offering meal ideas, tips, and accountability coaching along with two seminar topics:

Q: What if I don’t feel comfortable in a group setting?

A: We understand that some people prefer one-on-one coaching or may not feel comfortable in a

group setting. We offer individualized coaching sessions in addition to group fitness classes and wor-

kshops to ensure that you receive the support you need in a way that works for you.

Q: How much weight can I expect to lose?

A: While weight loss is a common goal for many of our participants, we do not guarantee a specific

amount of weight loss. Our program focuses on a holistic approach that includes nutrition, fitness,

and mindset coaching, which can result in improved overall health and wellness. We believe that real

transformational change happens on the inside.

A: Our goal is to provide you with the tools and mindset needed to achieve long-term success. After
