About the Intro Offer
Experience 3 group Mat Pilates classes over two weeks to see if Rebel Pilates is the right fit for you. These fun, challenging, and expertly guided sessions build core strength, improve posture, enhance flexibility, and boost overall well-being using your body weight and small props like bands, balls, rings, and rollers. With thoughtful modifications, mindful breathing, and expert cueing, you’ll feel supported every step of the way—and may notice more energy, less pain, better balance, and a stronger connection to your body.

Please note that our Mat Pilates classes are designed for individuals who can safely get on and off the floor without assistance, move independently without significant difficulty, and lift and maneuver larger props such as the arc barrel and large stability ball.
